Integrity Testing

Integrity testing is performed by air diffusion through water saturated membrane.

Sanitization

Memtrex MP capsule filters can be sanitized with a variety of commonly used chemical agents. They can be repeatedly autoclaved at 257°F (125°C) for 30 minutes, up to 5 cycles.

Certifications and compliance

The materials contained in these capsule filters meet U.S. FDA requirements for food contact under applicable regulations in 21 CFR. They also meet the test criteria for USP class VI-121°C Plastics.
