• Flat-lid design: Eliminates the need for additional sealing devices, minimizes residual product on the inner surface when opening, reduces spillage, and simplifies cleaning.
• Sealing mechanism: When used with Eaton Filtration SENTINEL® filter bags, efficiencies of >99.98% can be achieved. Under pressure, the unique pressure-activated lip of each SENTINEL® ring seals directly against the lid, providing by-pass free sealing.
• Flow distribution: Direct feeding of filter bags via individual inlets generates laminar flow, optimizing cake formation and improving filtration performance.
• Closure mechanism: Designed with a proven swing eye-bolt closure.
• Lid-lifter: Features a counter-balanced spring-assisted lid-lifter for effortless opening and closing.
• Inlet/Outlet: Side inlet and bottom outlet for easy and full drainage. A tangential outlet option is available to reduce housing height.
• Material: Product wetted parts are made from stabilized stainless steel, guaranteeing high corrosion resistance with many fluids.
• Standard configurations: Two standard 4-bag housing designs are available (size 01 and 02).
