The LOFPLEAT™HV Series are absolute-rated polypropylene filter cartridges designed for the filtration of compounds containing agglomerated particles and gels, or those with high viscosity. They feature an extra-loft, extra-life depth filter configuration, providing absolute retention performance throughout a pleated, serialized microfiber matrix.

Applications: The LOFPLEAT-HV filter is ideal for inks, CMP P-O-U and bulk slurries, adhesives, paints, beverages, and coatings.

Operating Limits

• Max. operating temperature: 176°F (80°C)
• Max. differential pressure:
  • 75 psid @ 70°F (5.2 bar @ 21°C)
  • 40 psid @ 176°F (2.8 bar @ 80°C)
  • 15 psid @ 190°F (1.03 bar @ 88°C)
• Max. reverse differential pressure: 35 psid @ 80°F (2.4 bar @ 27°C)
• Recommended change-out pressure for disposal: 35 psid (2.43 bar)

Sterilization: Cartridges may be autoclaved for 30 minutes at 250°F (121°C) under no end load conditions. They may also be inline sanitized with 185°F (85°C) hot water, provided the differential pressure does not exceed 3 psid.
