The LOFPLEAT™HP Series is an absolute rated, high performance pleated polypropylene filter cartridge. This filter is constructed with a large surface area, melt blown polypropylene media designed for high dirt holding capacity with low initial pressure drop.

    Note: Beta Ratio = Upstream particle counts / Downstream particle counts. Testing was conducted using the single-pass test method, water at 2.5 gpm/10" cartridge. Contaminants included latex beads, coarse and fine test dust. Removal efficiencies were determined using dual laser source particle counters.

  • Flow Rate (70°F/21°C per 10" cartridge): A graph illustrates differential pressure vs. flow rate for different micron ratings. The flow rate ranges from 0 to 10 USGPM (0 to 37.9 LPM). Differential pressure ranges from 0 to 0.14 Bar (0 to 2 PSI). For liquids other than water, multiply pressure drop by fluid viscosity in centipoise. See the official PDF for exact tabulated values.

  • Sanitization:

    • Hot water at 176°F (80°C) at 5 psid (0.35 bar) for 30 min.
    • In-line steam at 257°F (125°C) at 1 psid (0.07 bar) for 30 min.
